Things I miss in BF2 from DC

BF2 if fun and I'm sure it will get better, but I do miss some things from DC:

The Hind
The Apache
The A-10
The F-16
Being able to fly a plane for more than 3 seconds without having to bank/turn
Being able to use artillery as a soldier, not just as commander (i.e. M109)
Medical (health) lockers
Being able to choose from a big list of available servers that aren't full 24/7
Being in a game less that 2 minutes after I click the icon
Fixed AA guns / artillery

No kidding.
I especially dislike trying to land a helo, it takes forever unless you go for the dive and controlled crash method.

Allthough the DC flight model wasnt perfect I realy hate the one in BF2. Its shocking, its noobified and its impossible to do proper manuvers in it.

The first time I flew in BF2 I managed to a barrel role. Thats how crap the physics are.

I hated DC... However I don't notice much difference in the Heli's between DC/POE and BF2.

i found the BF2 helo much easier to land. but i can't turn that damn thing, its so slow on turning.

you dont notice the difference between the heli physics in DC and PoE?

It's completely different, the flight phyics/controls are no where near the same

Reduce your power and bank the way you wanna turn, it will happen a lot faster

Try it in a local game and really throw your chopper about (snigger) its surprising how much you can throw it around but still keep control.

A gunner sitting with me on a public server said to me the other night "Your a hell of a pilot" and I dont even think i'm that great...just practiced the limits of the chopper in a local game and it must of helped
