Connection problem 1 server only

Hello

I am posting a problem for a friend of mine he is really getting nuts of it,
maybe some of you know what his problem is.

I have a big problem and i hope any of u has any clue what to do.

I can't play bf2 any more on the JPC server,,, any other server just is fine.

I get a message in the first second i jump into the game.
You have a connextion problem

then i get "kickt"out,,and got the message.

You have a connextion problem check it and try again.
But i can't check again becouse the jpc server is in red in the list the second time i want to connect so i can't connect.

so i connect tru typing the ip number and have the same trobble.

i checkt the connextion and it is more then i need.
we checkt the ping and it is 11 so its fine.
i checkt the patch and i've douwnload the new whole patch and instalt it to be sure and did not work.

what i sad before i have only this problem at our server, even not any i3d servers.

does any of you any idears??????????

What happens if you do the following:

• Click "Start"
• Click "Run"
• Type "cmd"
• In the black window, type "tracert IP" (where IP is the IP address of the server)

From what you've said, it sounds like a routing problem between you and the server, which will show up in the tracert.

He can connect with the server the map is loading and when he can join he get this message: You have a connection problem check it and try again.

But he can't check again because the jpc server is in red in the list the second time he wants to connect so he can't connect.

Well that dont work lol tryed that he can ping the server there is a connection so its not the router
