I talked to this guy and I plan on getting the card upgraded to one of the reccommended cards for BF2.I also plan on the DVD burner upgrade (just for misc use).Now will this work though?

Start from there, you cant go wrong. My supplier uses it for *particular* articles, but most of his customers *ahem* prefer to get their heads inside the case.

Theyve got some nice barebones systems, grab one, and then a vidcard, you should be good to go.
Then you can leave the Dell for the parents/younger sibling and be the hero of the household as well, while you game in graphic splendor.

If you're getting a new computer I would go for a PCI-E one, as that is the future.

Nava thats what I was thinking since a lot of cards that are being required for newer games are PCI-E. I could really give a crap for how the case looks as long as the computer runs smoothly.I just want a good one that will run BF2 and later get some other upgrades.So the second one is good enough to run it?

if u got the $$ then go with AMD64 and PCI-E supported motherboard. i'm an ATI fan but the new Nvidia 6600GT is a great card, i have to admit. go with that.
