Default which video card is better....?

Im getting a new video card soon and i need advice on which of these two cards to get.


ati Radeon 9000pro 128mb
or

PNY Verto GeForce4 Ti 4200 64MB DDR AGP Graphics Card

and which one of these will run battlefiels 1942 more smoothly

ill be very greatfull for some advice. thank you.

you can pick up a 128 ti for about 10-15 bucks more , and it far out preforms the 9000pro

I have a7500 at the moment and im going to be getting a ti 4200 to replace it. If you like ATi go with a 9500 (pro) you can find them cheep at some places

BTW dont buy from big names stores ,. i.e. best buy cuz they really over price everything. Try and find a lil computer store near your house

Yep, go with Nvidia. Best support in the business. Both ATI and Nvidia are good and basically there is no performance diff between the 2. No matter what anyone says. They both do the same thing. But Nvidia's driver support is top notch and always will be.

While they may not use BF as a benchmark, check out these lists from Tomshardware. Go for the ti4200.
