My dad was in the Canadian Air Force for 30 years. I have sat in practically every plane we have. Taken rides in lots of others. I took a ride in a Hercules once, not comfortable but oh man, what a ride.

Yes. I've seen them several times. Good aerobatics team. Can't compare them to the Blue Angels because the Angels only have 4 planes in the team. I think Snowbirds are 8 aren't they... can't remember.

Yep, from Regina which is next door to Moose Jaw *edit* YES Moose Jaw is truly a city name in Saskatchewan, Canada http://www.citymoosejaw.com/ *end edit* where the SnowBirds are located. As far as i know they are the only aerobatic team that can all take off together and land in formation together. VERY IMPRESSIVE to see. And this year after taking a few years off do to 9/11 and very high insurance rates, they are back at the Moose Jaw Air Show! Can't wait to see em.

The Snowbirds are ok, too be honest those maneuvres made me feel uneasy, you never know if a plane will hit another until they pass each other.
