Caslon's actually right on the install fee...just the dash cd player install itself is very cheap. But if you get like an amp/subwoofer...install that shit yourself if you're not lookin to spend money. They charge you an arm and leg to do that.

I looked around and all the places want about $85. Hell if I'm paying that. I talked to my mechanic and he said VWs are really easy. All you have to do is pull the radio out, maybe add an aftermarket harness, and pop the new radio in.

Just ordered that. It's the one I wanted but comes with the built in iPod cable so I don't have to spend an extra $50 for one. Comes with free installation guide, harness, antenna adapter, and all the tools. Should have it by tomorrow then I'll let the drummer kick.
