The picture has to be on some web space somewhere before we even start :P

But above the posting window (the thing im typing to u in right now) there are a few buttons. One of them is "Img". Click this once and "img" should appear in square brackets. After this insert the url of where the picture is. Make sure the url is correct then press that little "Img" button again. This should make "img" appear again in sqaure brackets and bingo u got yourself a pic inserted!!

Any problems just pm me or another moderator and we will be glad to help.
