Default How hard would it be?

I remember playing Underground 2 for PC and Console and there was the option to play pc vs console matches.

So I was wondering how hard would it be to do that with BF2, or is it even possible because of the size of the game.

Anyone have an answer for that? Or is it more a marketing thing that corps do not wish to hybrid servers with pc and consoles.

I dont know?
