Default problem when i want to install, help me

plis, help me,i am from argentina, so i donīt know english very well, but my problem is:
when i want to install battlefield vietnam, it cames uot an error that says that it canīt install a file called ikernel. I also tried to copy all the dc into mi computer, but i cant becouse there are some files that the cd or the computer donīt paste into my computer, so that metode donīt works. Please help me

This might be of some help:

The InstallShield Engine (iKernal.exe) could not be launched. Access is denied
