Default What OS

I just got an AMD 64 X@ dual-core processor. Ive got 2 gigs of ddr2. What OS will Ineed to take full advantage of the processing power for games? will XP 32 bit offer the same performace as say x64 for games, not multitasking or anything of that sort.

I'd stick with XP home 32. I ran x64 Pro for a while and I found that it didn't run games as well as XP home. I guess it's due to XP x64 Pro being built off of Windows 2003 Server.

Personally, I'd consider the Amiga operating system.

I think it's only 8k; that'll free up OOODLES of RAM for gaming!

Jaguar? Get with the times man. It's all about Leopard. Which I don't have because I'm poor. So Tiger works for me.
