Default Upgrading soon

So, I'm looking to replace the dinosauric hardware in my rig. At the moment the vitals are:

2.53 Ghz P4
2 gigs 184 pin RAM
ATI Radeon X800 All-In-Wonder
Gigabyte relic

and I want to upgrade to:

Intel Core 2 Q6600 2.4 Ghz
2 Gigs Corsair XMS2 DDR 2 RAM
EVGA 320-P2-N811-AR GeForce 8800GTS 320MB 320-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP

So I need some ideas on motherboards and power supplies. Also, how does this setup look?
