crazy task manager

ok hear we go with my sisters comp again now the task manager does not open When i try to open it it says "The task manager has been disable by the admin." and if i right click on the task to open it it does not allow me to click on it.

Try using an account with administrator privileges.

Could be a virus/piece of spyware's disabled the task manager. Run a full scan for both?

ok and the account does have full admin rights and i think it may have messed up because of a key logger i put in

If I had to guess I would assume this key logger program is probably a virus of some sort. Congratulations on ignoring our collective advice.
