having a bit of areo trouble i have dell inspiron b130 and i installed vista premium and the aero feature is turned off and i can not turn it back on under the display settings and i have looked at dell.com for a driver update but is it because of my integrated card

Most likely. I can't run Aero on my laptop due the the accelerator not being able to handle it. Compiz works under linux though!

I get 5.9 for my graphics, but my base score is 4.2 as thats my CPU score (also the lowest).
