upgrades
i'm doing upgrades for my friends. here's the list of stuff i might buy for the upgrades. please tell me if its a good list or not.

Sounds alright !
The price is o.k., but nothing to boast about (ergo, nothing special). Your components should add up to some decent performance as none of them would cause a bottleneck. However, the 350 Watts powersupply might be cutting it a bit tight. I´d recommend 400 Watts.
