Default serious installation problems...

guys,i have a problem,obviously.when i try and install my game it freezes at a specific spot every single time.ive tried manual installation but it still freezes at parts.the part where it freezes is C... \Support\European Help Files\De\whdata\whidata0.htm

not exactly sure,i just knew i had everything....im not into the strict technical specs of everything but i triple checked everything from hard drive space to graphics card...

Have you checked the disc for any physical errors such as a scratch maybe or dirt? Do other CD's work in your drive OK?

yes,ive checked it fully for errors.other disks do in fact work in my drive

I know you said you have checked your HD space but I know with the patch you needed at least 5GB free too apply the patch successfully. How much free space do you have?

No you dont have to install the patch first.

If you go to "my computer" right click on the C: drive and then properties. It will show you how much free space you have
