New version of Microsoft AntiSpyware
No longer beta? dunno, seems like a good program. I like it cuz it can isolate the process and terminate it so you dont have to go into safe mode and run a bunch of scans. I don't recommend it as a one for all solution however, but i've added it to the arsenal.
