Default Entering BIOS

I know this might seem a stupid question, but how do I enter my BIOS menu ?
I have an Asus A7N8X-Deluxe but don´t know when to press which button !
Can somebody maybe help me ?

Press delete at the POST screen, its the one with the info abot your computer, the first screen taht comes up when bootin up.

yea just press del button when u start ur POST screen. u have to be quick though, or else u have to restart ur comp.
