Cool mod idea for a map!!!

I have this wicked idea for a map. You could make a water world map if any one has seen the movie they will know what im on about. You could have lots of bamboo walkways and cool stuff like that also you wouldn't be aloud to use ground vehicles only planes and boats. If some one wants to make my idea let me know.
