Problems when i want to install

plis, help me,i am from argentina, so i don´t know english very well, but my problem is:
when i want to install battlefield vietnam, it cames uot an error that says that it can´t install a file called ikernel. I also tried to copy all the dc into mi computer, but i cant becouse there are some files that the cd or the computer don´t paste into my computer, so that metode don´t works. Please help me

What kind of cd drive do you hav??? Because i used to have a CDROM drive but now i hav bought a portable DVDRW, This is a differant cd drive that is more powerfull and will read your cd. I had this problem but buying a portable DVDRW drive made it work. Copy and past the below to the internet url at the top of the page.

Try installing the game on a different computer. If it doesn't work there either, your Battlefield Vietnam CD may be broken.

ye my cd was scratched up and wouldnt be read so i useded a differant cd drive........... DVDRW. it read it even tho it had scratches
