help me please!

help! bfv freezes wen im in the game....i load everything up and when im playing it freezes after about 5 seconds.....it runs perfect before it freezes please help
btw my specs are
mobile amd sempron processer 3300+ (2.0ghz)
640 ram
sis m760gx video card (128mb)
16x dvd-dual layer
and i do have direct x 9

I had the same problem and it turned out to be the phone. Make sure noboby is using the phone when you're playing. After that i don't know?

Wolf, that's only the case if you are running dial-up through your primary phone line.

Or xDSL with insufficient / broken microfilters on the line.
