Grahpic Issue I Guess IDK?

Yeah when i start An SP Or MP Game and you get to the loading screen like it FLickers back and forth and half of the screen is ok and the bottom half is like discolored and lines running threw it now it loads to the game after but while your in the game it is the same i do not undedstand i have an 128mb Geforce FX 5200 Graphics card and the drivers or up to date so i have no clue what so ever why it is doing what it is?? anyone could lend me a hand please...... OS: Windows ME thnx alot

I would suggest searching on your video card manufacturer (nvidia) forums first off. They can help you much more than most game forums.

One of three things is the problem here, either your card is dying/dead, the monitor is dead/dying, or or your drivers don't work well with your older card. We can't really help with the first two, but for the third I would suggest revering back to earlier drivers. I don't know what they would be for nvidia cards, as I have only ATI cards at the time, but I am sure you can find the info on the nvidia site. For the monitor, you could try using an alternate monitor (a friend's monitor perhaps). If the game works fine, then your monitor is broken, if not, the problem likely is with the card. Check the nvidia forums and perhaps google for solutions, I'm sure someone has had a similar problem in the past.
