Default AA weapons

AFter playing an extensive BFV session I still asked one question over and over again in my head: Why does the US get NO AA weapons? I mean we had redeye available vulcans towed and mounted on M113 why didnt they put it in the game? And if its casue the North gets few aircraft then how come on almost every map the US gets phantoms and cobras they get migs and choppers? AH well maybe a mod will add in things that are missing. I sitll play BF1942 more casue it feels more'balanced" then BFV does.

help is on the way dude, next patch includes...

MUTT tow rocket changed to a heat seeker
MUTT rocket reload time increased, ammo count decreased.

although max altitude of choppers increased also so don't know if it'll fix the heli altitude spawn camping problem

Do the US get a MUTT on every map that NVA have aircraft? It seems a bit cheap just making it heat-seeking.

I really don't see the imbalance here. The only time the US don't have any AA is when they lose whatever flag their air-power spawns at. Lang Vei is a classic example. It's not as if the NVA have an equivalent of the Cobra or Huey, bristling with mounted guns and attached weapons.

I sort of became a MUTT whore when they mixed up the M60/LAW combo. Even though the rate of fire will be decreased in the next update, ppl still will be using them quite a bit. They probably won't move too far either.
