I have never had ANY issues with this damn game until 1.02 was released. Now I am lucky if I get to play 5 minutes without getting disconnected, and even just getting disconnected is lucky because sometimes the whole damn computer will just lock up. My computer has NEVER locked up before I installed 1.02, NEVER I tell you, not on any game, not at any time...

So here I sit, an avid player and fan of the battlefield series ( been playing since the wake demo oh so long ago ) and I am simply out forty bucks at this point until we get yet another patch and HOPE that fixes it. Very unhappy customer here folks, I had a game that worked fine, you patched it and broke it.

Fix this crap NOW, I'm already getting too used to the joint operations demo and pondering picking it up on Tuesday when it comes out. I doubt I am alone, most probably just don't want to go through the headache of signing up for a damn message board to gripe...

Specs on the machine that no longer plays BFV: 2.4 ghz,1 gig ram, 9600 pro

Well, this sin´t an official bord checked by anyone from EA or DICE, so theres no need to tell us to fix your Problems.

Its funny though that 1.02 caused the problem on your PC it was supposed to fix.

Do you keep your Punk-Buster up-to-date ?

If not, use the manual updater on http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php

If that doesn´t help, then you might try reinstalling the game. You might also want to clear up your Memory. You might have strange applications running in the background...

Yes I know neither EA nor DICE check these boards, as I stated I am just 'disgruntled"... I also posted this on the EA forums but it was buried within a day. I will try the manual updated thanks.
