I think Dice did a very nice work in recreating the city, for example the tower in the northwest corner of the map looks just like the real thing, well take a look:

Thats what DICE normaly does to recreate citys.

Picks out a few memorials and significant structures and then places them into a balanced map.

But then I don´t understand why Berlin dosn´t have a Reichstag or Brandenburger Tor...
