Default Cab't uninstall BFV

I tried to uninstall BFV but it doesn't work. I tried it from the game and the add/delete in the settings but it just doesn't. It says the uninstall is completed without showing any percentage and stuff. it just jumps from the start to the end. I can't get the game uninstalled!

Ok, I was having that same problem. So after the 3rd time, I called EA Tech Support.

This is what you have to do:

First: Delete the BF:V Directory (all of it)
Second: Delete all the Registry Settings.

To delete the registry settings (there are 3 of them) you have to go into your Windows Folder, open the RegEdit thingy.

Then open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then open SOFTWARE, look for EA GAMES, open that and Delete all the Folders for Battlefield Vietnam. Now close EA GAMES, and open ELECTRONIC ARTS, again Delete the folder that says Battlefield Vietnam. NOW the 3rd Location is the one I couldn't find. Close the Electronic Arts folder, and scroll down to and open MICROSOFT. Look for the folder called WINDOWS, then open the folder that is called UNISTALL. Now you need to look for a folder that starts with {E35B3..... and Delete this Folder.

Ok, Now everything that has to do with BF:V is gone from your computer.

I Actually had the same problem. Uncheck the boxes for battlefield vietnam and punkbuster. the checked boxes mean that you want it installed. If you uncheck the boxes, everything should work just fine. Leave it to EA to provide a long drawn out solution. Hope this works for you.

Hey all,

Ive another problem,
I had to clean up my HDD so i deleted all my games, to reinstall them after.
But when i wanted to reinstall BF:V, when i put in the disc, my only option was Uninstall.
I clicked that, and then it said Can't Find Files or something.

I did the same as you guys told him to do, and it worked! Thanks!
