Screenshot problem

Alright, i know they go to the screenshot folder, so i go there. But when i click them it says no preview availble. What could be the problem? It shows up as a lil PS sign, but no pic. Anyone that can help me thanks in advance.

They go in there as .BMP, so it sounds to me like the program you use to open BMP files has the problem.

Try opening MSPaint, then opening the file from there.
