BF2142 shortcomings...part II

I have a hard time telling one teams mini turret from anothers.
Why did DICE make it so hard to distinguish the two?

Hell...sometimes in shadows..it's hard enough telling one uniform from the other.

Make the damn mini turrets placed by enemy OR teammates eaiser to distinguish. "WTF..are you a friendly turret or not? "
"I'm taking hits...I guess you're an unfriendly mini turret."

Sure...up close you can sometimes see a little red cue on your HUD view.

In a futuristic world...whoever designed the mini turrets must be like the lone inventor of the intermittent windshiled wiper.

You can usually just aim at them, and it will usually act like they are a teammate soldier, showing an icon or something above it.

Or Just shoot it once like with a pistol and see if you get a team damage, if not, blow that fucker up.

Well..ya..ok. That still falls short. Maybe I'm too busy keeping alive.

I sorta wish DICE made it obvious...but then again..I've shot my own team member in the back
because of lighting and lack of distinct uniforms.

I need to be able to better distinguish my own teams mini turret guns from the enemies.

So far...I'm having a bit of trouble doing that...especially from a distance or even nearby.

I heads up them and check my readout...but it's still kinda vague whose mini turret is whose.

yeah, I hear ya. I usually just shoot em if their not in my own titan halls. They do need to make it more obvious.

If you don't like the game, then do yourself and everybody a favor and stop playing. seems like a simple solution if you ask me.

Whoa whoa, hang on. It's called critiquing, there are many short comings to this game, because it is no where near perfect. The reason why we talk about things like this is because we would like to see these problems we see in the game fixed with patches.

We aren't saying we don't like the game. (A lot of people are, but most of the people who post in this section like it.) I love the game, I play it on almost a daily basis when I have the time to - as you can see in my rank, being a warrant officer silver. So chill out with the ass hole sounding "stop playing if you don't like it". You sound like those jackasses who say "If you don't love America, Get out!" instead of wanting to change America for how you think it would benefit society, in a good way of course.
