I love being a 2142 Sniper, but...
... does anyone else think a magazine clip size of just 5 rounds is a tad bit on the stingy side? I reckon 10 or even just going up to 8 would be better.
Even worse if you go for the unlock. That has a clip of just 3 rounds! Its more powerful, but I have decided not to go for the new sniper rifle simply because of the small clip, and also because its sight is tiny and restricts peripheral vision (if that exists in 4:3 lol). Thoughts? |

well once you lock in the 4x zoom with stabalizer, 3 shots doesn't seem to little. i have 70+ infiltrator pins and all due to the Zeller

Anyone complaining about the sniping in BF2142?
I've gotten shot way too often by snipers in BF2142 if you ask me...heh. I've been in the base rail gun and base AA gun and gotten sniped by one shot. Whatever happened to just being injured by sniper...I don't wanna hear anymore talk about the ineffectiveness of this BF2142 weapon. Last edited by Caslon : 11-21-2006 at 01:49 AM. |

A 5 clip magazine isnt bad at all, just have to know how to use it rigtht thats all. Stick and move is the motto of the sniper and this game.. Aim for the head at all times although this wont be easy all the time, and remember that your target will be looking for you the next time he respawns.
