Default What's your favourite map?

Im not to fussed about which is my favourite titan map, as I spend most of the round inside the titan racking points

But conquest; which map do you prefer? Mine has to be Tunis Harbor. I love being a sniper in that map. I usually get a K: D ratio of anything from 1.5:1 to 10:1. Its awesome, and great fun.

What about you guys?

On the general theme of maps, how long do you recon its going to be until they port Wake Island to it?

Its been in every BF so far, they really should port it. Just for old times sake.

Heh, yea they should grim. I played some 1942 last night and it brought back some really old but great memories.

Im not really sure on my favorite map because i really havent been able to play any 2142 for about a week since my comp is overheating too easily. However id say my 'favorites' are maps like fall of Berlin where they are mostly infantry combat but it really doesnt matter to me, i adapt to each map easily so whether its alot of vehicles or infantry i can still kick some noobs' ass.

See, I used to like Fall of berlin a lot, but I got sick of lame campers who sat in the groundhog (or whatever it's called) APC and fire those 3 rockets (might as well be nukes the way they own infantry) and spawners.

Belgrade is a pretty cool map too. Special if you hide up on the monorail tracks as a sniper and snipe down onto the playground and comm tower flags.

I got 34:1 K: D Ratio the other night just doing that I was well chuffed lol!

Im confused, your complaining about guys in an APC camping your spawn, yet you consider it ok to camp the playground and commtower flags and get tons of kills when the enemy spawns. It appears like both are equally "bad" spawn camping tactics to me, but maybe it's just me.

Personally I not too preoccupied with spawn camping because that just means we can run behind them and grab flags and usually find all those spawncamping snipers, since they always just sit in the same place.

No I dont mean I spawn camp, but I understand completely what you mean, and the people I kill with the sniper very likely feel I am spawn raping.

But, a 5 round sniper rifle is a lot different to an APC LOL. I sit high and concealed and snipe general areas. What annoys me is APCs and walkers sitting 30 feet from a flag (not even trying to take it over) shooting everyone that spawns. Lame tactic IMO.

But like I said, many people will hate snipers. Depends which foot the shoe is on I guess.
