Default Would this laptop run BF2?

AMD Turion 64 X2, a dual-core 64-bit chip running at 2GHz,
2GB RAM
256MB ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 graphics processor

If yes, what kind of settings would I be able to play on?

It's a mobility card, so it would probably be medium settings.

Nah, I have a 7600Go (about the same league) and the only reason I can't go high is because my harddrive is too slow / I don't have enough RAM (1GB)
to run it on high without pagefile.

A mobility card is the expression used for a graphics card that has been altered to suit a laptop. Amongst those alterations are less power requirements and heat, but also less performance.

Red face Re: Would this laptop run BF2?

less performace

I have been looking at the Asus G1 and heres are the specs

Processor: ASUS G1 IntelĀ® Core™2 Duo T7200 (2.0GHz)
RAM: 2048M DDR2 667
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForceGo 7700 GPU 512 MB

Would this give me a better performance then the Acer Ferrari?

Yes it would. The processor as well as the graphics card are a good bit better.
