If i unlock all the 1 teir unlocks on bf2 can i unlock the second teir after or do i have to buy sf

You have to buy SF.

Or get a friend with SF to login as you and voila!!!

Yeh just go to a mates house who has SF, log in with your character and play for 5 or 10 mins and earn a couple of points. You EA account will update and you will be able to choose the SF weapons in the unlock screen.

You might not have to even play. As titansound said, you'll likely just have to log in.
