Just incase you guys are unaware of the impending release of the POE mod for bf2 I am here to tell you.
Point of Existence // A Battlefield 2 Modification It gets a full release on saturday (8/26). We (as well as other clans) got to get a release last night from the creators to try it out. These guys have added everything that should have been in EA's original release. The weapon accuracy has been great increased so there is little deviation in the bullets when fired. There are 13 brand new maps. Lots of new vehicles. And oh yeah, they implemented a blood splatter effect. Sound cool yet? The mod runs smoother than bf2. How you say? I have no idea except these guys have been working on this mod since before bf2 was even out. Don't listen to what i have to say about this mod. Wake up tomorrow and get the release and enjoy yourselves. Also, Team Dynamic will be playing against Fadeight tonight (8/25) in a POE scrim. Ya, nice review. Although the pass was leaked last night the team still plan on having the release party today for the exe. SHould start around 2PM EST and then the exe let loose at 3PM EST.

So far i really like it. I loved to fly the hind, really like the feel of it. It feels more like flying a fixed wing aircraft because it helps to come in on straffing runs. Instead of in bf2, the pilot gets the gun while the gunner gets the AT and AA missiles. Havent flown a fighter/bomber yet so still gotta try them out. Also didnt get to play Fallen yet which im really looking forward to. Definitely a mod to atleast try out.

it is a great mod, the only thing that i think is bad is the way they hve the weapons systems on the jets, everything is seperate, including your gun, u cant fire your gun while in missles view or bomb veiw.
oh, and the shilka AA vehicle for the Ukrain side is EXTREMLY over powered... |

Orel and Fallen are infantry maps. Fallen is pure infantry, no vehicles whatsoever. Orel i think just has buggies.
There is alot of armor on some maps but i dont have any problem staying alive and not in a tank. Just get AT and ya shouldnt have a problem at all. Now that doesnt mean you will be able to walk across a road and not be shot at.
