Battlerecorder

Ok I give up (almost). I'd really like to get this figured out but everything I have found so far is way way out of date. So who is up on this?

I have bookmarks of recordings listed that I know no longer exist on the server or the server has shut down since... The dates of the recordings begin on June 24 (demo release date) and stop towards the end of August. I've played hundreds of games since then. The servers I play at all have the icon in the browser indicating that it has the recorder going but there is nothing even remotely recent on the list.

I go in a manually delete all those bookmarks and they remain deleted as long as I don't shut the game down. The next time I fire it up, all the book marks are back. Some sort of bug I guess and really not that big of a deal I don't think.

So does the battlerecorder actually work at all. If it does, where are the files and how do you do it... Perhaps someone can provide a link or something that has the details if they don't care to explain themselves.

I've had the issue of the Battlerecorder not saving games. And when I finally get one the controls don't work so I'm stuck following one guy around. Personall I think Dice just threw it in and never tested it, because it is complete crap.

I followed these instructions on EA's community news page. It worked, but it was a real pain in the ass to render them. It wasn't really worth the effort.

But about the other things. I have bookmarks that won't delete either. They just stay there forever I guess. And I have bookmarks that won't download either. I don't thing the battle recorder thing works well at all.
