Easy gaps for clever cheaters

this is terrible, in my usual boredom (when i can't go on bf2 for whatever reason) i randomly went into the battlefield 2 files, and found a way to edit the scoring points (how many points for a kill, etc.). i dont know if this works cos never in a million years would i try it, but if cheating b**t**ds are clever enough they could find this and expliot it. maybe someone should contact EA about this hole. I hate it when i find problems like this. but they souldn't be there in the first place, should they!

That's what the whole "verifying client data" stage is about - making sure you haven't edited the files.

aahhh..... rite.... i wondered why that took so long to complete, the game usually has moved on to the next map by the time that finishes for me. o well at least they got somethings covered good to know.

why they just can't hide those files or something is beyond me, is it modding? is that why they are so accesseble?
