Default TeamKill punishers :(

I know this is talk about a lot, but this is just so frustrating its rediculous. Last night while playing I was driving around in armor. 2 guys ran out in front of during 2 different times and I ran them over. CLEARLY not my fault... And they punish? I mean how ignorant are these jerks?

Can't we just be men about it? I mean really... I hate getting tk'ed like evryone else, but I'm not going to be a prick about it. It just seems there are them guys out there that just do it to be jerks... nothing more

Yep, it seems to be the standard practice nowdays no matter what the situation is. I think it just may have something to do with the competition of points during the game. If one guy can punish you and knock off a few points from your score, it'll be that much further for you to go to make it to the next rank or finish higher at the end of the round.

Any more, I even give less rides to people when I'm in a jeep or APC. It happens quite a bit to where when a guy in my ride jumps out, he'll die or brush against my wheels and die then punish me for the TK.

It makes for an even less friendlier game because of all this nonsense. I find myself more reluctant to give help to anyone ie. health packs, ammo, back up, because I know that these are probably the same brats that would punish me when they run over my mines.

It all depends, if I find myself on a server with a decent group of players, I'll forgive unless it's a blatant TK, and I'll give help more. If I'm on a bratty server, the heck with it. I wont help or give rides or backup when someone is capping a flag.

My policy is, if I don't know what happened, I forgive. However, if I see someone punishing me like that I give the a verbal punch in the nose about it. I still think there should be more servers which kick for those kind of punishers, though. What would be best would be to have undercover admins playing on the server, either that, or we need to play on servers with "battle recorder" so we can make it clear who and what these SOBs are.

Yea I really love getting punished because some knuckle head drives over my mines. The little red skull and crossbones was a good addition to the game. Yet people still drive over them... and they punish. I think they should a punish for being a smacktard. What a waste of a good mine lol

Im not kidding, there are guys who LOOK for this oppourtunity,.. I was on one server, map was 'Op:Clean Sweep', and this guy, "Best Buddy"...
Well, it started like this:

Im gunner in an HMVV, and we're whippin to where the action is, and commin towards us is a damaged dunebuggy, top speed. He starts swerving wildly, the driver of the hummer trys to avoid, ends up a headon which is enough to wipe out the dunebuggy.
<drivername> TKS 'best buddy'
Now I didnt see the punish message, but someone ELSE at this point called out to watch for him, (best buddy) as he was instigating these circumstances. At the time I ignored it, I figured someone was venting over sour grapes.

Later on, our command resourses are ALL popped. I swap to engineer and head to that spawn to repair, and AS IM REPAIRING, this guy is running around, on the same team, SAME uniform, SETTING CHARGES on the stuff Im repairing!

"WTH IS WRONG WITH YOU??" I says...

"LOL" he says, drops the rifle, pulls out a pistol, starts bunney hopping, and shooting me.

I lose it, and erase him with the shotgun. Punished for TK, whoopdedoo, at this point every complaint Id heard during the course of the game, is coming back to me, and Im thinking, "Ill take it, just for the chance to ACTUALLY pop this @$$ in the mouth.."

/moment of insanity/
Ever noticed when your completely torqued, the absurd suddenly makes sense? It suddenly hit me, his name. Best Buddy. So you would trust him, that would mean that his account, the entire point of this character, was for this..
/Reality cheque cashed/

Thats it, thats my rant.

haha, I know what you mean. I hate asses in games, especially the guy that sits around doing nothing or doing nothing but TKing saying in the team messages 'I'm the best player in this whole server! you guys suck and I'm only a noob! lol!' uuuugh.

whats really annoying is the guy that shoots you a little then tries to get a heal point by healing you. I really wanted to spin around and unload my 101 in his face...

Oh i was playing support right. I was laying down defending a flag. SOme dude runs up to me that needs ammo. Well I wip out the ammo bags and give ammo. Well as i'm doing that he fires a round than reloads... and he keeps doing it. I just layed there to see how long he would do it. I got my Resupply Badge... I think I got like a total of 11 ammo giving points.

Really... I feel like such a badge whore

... i'm sorry...

First he plants the C4, then he hides behind the tree, then he blows up our only armored vehicle left (not shown). This Leeray07 guy seemed to use his account to only destroy his teams equipment. Anything from artillary to HMMVV's, he took out everything. He also pulled that pistol-hopping thing with me, which I ignored for a while (about a minute) then tossed a grenade and watched his body fly 30 feet in the air. I only wish the admins would have noticed when he had a score of -15, and when I warned the entire team that he was a tker for 3 minutes.

I always forgive unless I press pagedown by accident(like when there is a mutiny going on). It’s just to hard to know if it was an accident or not most of the times. When I tk somebody however, they always seam to punish me… I almost always say I’m sorry but that only seams to be an invitation too the “omfg you noob why did you tk me†dialog. Doesn’t people ever get tired of that?

I also find it amazing to see people that get tked chasing the guy that killed them and trying to do everything so that he will shoot back, and if that doesn’t work just run over his mines. While doing this he is of course initiating a kick vote that will never succeed and informing everybody what a horrible crime that has just been committed against him.

Maybe in the future we could have servers for adults only where you have to verify your age somehow before you can join the game. I know age isn’t always a sign of maturity but I bet it would sort out a lot of these types of people.

Aren’t there any ranked servers that have ff of? Maybe I just have the wrong filters on but I can’t seam too find any.

I always punish. If you think you're privileged enough to kill me, then you are wrong. Assholes.

you can always count on Mav to have open minded thoughts and good understanding of someone else.

I always forgive, unless it deserves a punish, which isn't much worse because at -4 you are pretty fucked anyway unless you become a medic.

And if I could find out a way to punish people of the opposite team for killing me, I'd do that too. Assholes.
