Spawning time in Single Player? Please, help.

Hello,

I must confess I'm really dissapointed with the whole game [completely unrealistic (well, maybe convention of the game, but not very fascinating for me), game looks to be unfinished, not optimised even for fast machines.. etc..], but the most dissapoiting is Silngle Player mode... is this a joke!?! I have no internet for now, so I hoped to play in singleplayer and I found out that there is absolutely no options... [How many bots, respawning time and... there is no all maps]

I checked many files and tried to make some improvements, I've made 40 bots, I know where tooabove all Respawn time. I'd like to change these 15secs.

Could anyone help me and tell where I should look for the default settings? ServerSettings.con have that "respawn Time", but the game is changing my settings back to default 15.

Please, if someone knows how to do this, I'll be very gratefull.
