PunkBuster problems after Uninstall / Reinstall
After you Uninstall and Reinstall BF2 you should "Manually" update
PunkBuster to avoid any problems. There have been many reports of people getting kicked from servers after a BF2 Reinstall like we had to just to to remove the lame EA Patch Here is how you "Manually" update Punk Buster Go to this web page and download this file pbweb.exe This is for WINDOWS ONLY http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbweb.exe **Save this file in this directory ONLY** EA Games/Battlefield 2/PB If you have a "Default" installation, the correct location will be c: Program Files | EA GAMES | Battlefield 2 | pb Then go to that directory and double click pbweb.exe a small black window will pop up follow the instructions. This will take time (About 5 minutes" LET IT RUN...
