Basic Commander Badge?

How do you get it?

I average 30 points for myself(without a win) as commander...20 kills atleast, hardly any TK's or anything.

Still cant get it?

And is Aviator badge the same as the Jet badge?

Yes the Aviator badge is the "jet" badge.

As for the commander badge, I have no idea. I can't manage to get it either.

Commander badge is done by commander points. Meaning how well you give orders and your squads follow them. Its not about kills.
