Great game, crap servers

Usual rubbish as far as servers are concerned. Full of TKers and gung ho heroes, anybody know of any really good servers where people team play properly and max the game? I don't really have the time to join a clan

are you playing ranked server? ranked server might help you clear those tkers.

Ranked servers just dont exist.

When I try to get on them there are about 10 with pings under 100 and there all full.

It sucks.

Yeah I tried a ranked server earlier on but still no teamplay. I'm looking for a few recommendations so I can get the most out of the game. I lost interest in BF1942 due to the fact that it was always a free for all

I haven't had any trouble getting into ranked servers... usually see about 25-30 with pings under 80. They are often full or close to it, but it just takes a little bit of time and patience to get in.

And teamwork is what you make of it... start a squad, get a good commander (or be commander yourself)- and with all the built in shit to encourage teamplay, from my experience it's pretty easy to get it going.

I am having monster problems finding a ranked server to play on at the mo, 30 mins is normal just to find a slot, its doing my head in.

The ingame server browser is just a piece of shit. The filters don't work, I try to filter out the full servers and now its only showing me full servers. Every server I try it says its full, from the 30/32 to the 16/32 even the 0/32 servers are full accordning to this shit. Its such a piece of crap and I can't believe it made it into the game. Oh wait, with so much other untested crap in this game the server browser fits in perfectly.

In australia almost every public server is listed as ranked. Are only EA server ranked or something over there?

there's only like 2 ranked servers in taiwan. so its always full. i hope they add some more, till like maybe 5 servers. last night, tired of clicking the same server over and over again, trying to get in. i tried EA wc servers. i got 180 ping but it runs fine. don't feel any lag at all. pretty weird.

Why dont you try some australian servers? You would get a better ping to them than the american ones.

Look up Gamearena or Internode in the server browser.

There are like 50 servers in australia that are all ranked. I dont really understand why there are so few ranked servers around the world? As far as i know it is just a setting that the servers turn on and off, uploading stats etc.

It's different server code - to get your hands on the ranked stuff you have to pay EA top dawah.

We have a high speed 36 player server, set-up on the small maps. Lag complaints
are extremley rare on our server and we have admins in there all the time

Retards and TKers are kicked and then BANNED. The only drawback is that
our server is almost always full

I randomly get lag on every ranked server now, its weird. I cannot even touch a 64 player server, its really weird. ATI needs to put out new drivers.
