Stronger Than All PoE:2 League

Stronger Than All has been a supporter of PoE from the BFV days and will continue with the release PoE:2 The League is now ready for sign-ups. The League will have 2 divisions Gold will be a 12v12, and the Silver an 8v8 league. The vision is to have Several 10 team or more divisions. I've started the first 8v8 to encourage smaller teams to join the league as well, if the interest is there we may open a 10v10 or even a 16v16 for the larger teams. So let the carnage begin get your team signed up and keep a eye on the rules section. I currently have the rules page up, but once more information is received I’ve sure there will be some changes!

Now lets take a few minutes and explain how the STA PoE:2 league will be played. The Developers of PoE:2 for BF2 have been truly visionary in their development of this mod. Right from the release, PoE:2 will have incorporated 3 game modes.

The first of these modes are of course Conquest, where the 2 teams will battle for control of the map.

The 2nd will be Frontline, The meaning behind Frontline is that both teams work their way towards each other to battle it out. It's meant that each team captures a control point (flag) closest to them and continues moving forward towards each other. As you capture the next point the one behind you will go grey. The concept of the game is to continue to push your opponents back and if your team does a great job working together you will be able to capture the last flag which of course will prevent your opponent from spawning in. It is designed that you can't skip flags and you have to go in order to capture them. This game mode is a great gaming experience with just a small amount of players and it's even crazier with a large amount

The 3rd is called NUKE, this is an objective game mode. The main objective will be for the German team to recon the area and pinpoint the location of the RS-12M Topol mobile nuclear launch vehicle and destroy the mobile missile launcher before the Ukrainians have the time to set it up and initialize launch sequence. If the launch vehicle is not destroyed by the time it takes for the launch sequence to be completed a nuclear 550 kT missile will launch! Currently NUKE is only included on one map, but I’m sure after the initial release more will be added. So for now NUKE will be scheduled somewhere in the middle of the map rotation.

Now that you all have the information. The league will be setup to alternate game play modes per week. An example of this would be Week 1 Map 1 Conquest, Week 2 Map 2 Frontline and so on, with the Nuke Map somewhere in the middle.
