Default Dual monitor support

Anybody out there have two monitors connected to their computer?

Just curious if BF1942 supports a dual monitor mode. (Regular playing view on one monitor, and maybe an external view on the next monitor)

Is this even possible?

EA One Eye: Any idea?

No. Not possible. And yes I have two monitors hooked up to one computer sharing a desktop between them. I can select which application shows up on which desktop, but most programs (and certainly all games) are not designed to take advantage of this kind of technology so they can display different parts of themselves in each monitor.

Thats a bummer. It would have been really cool to display an external view or even the mini map on a second monitor.

I wonder if this will ever become a reality for gamers?

NWN, Q3 both support dual monitors. I'm sure there is more.

[Edit] Here's a list of games that work with Parhelia's triple-head: http://www.matrox.com/mga/3d_gaming/surrgame.cfm
