Default The other team on score screen...

I remember when DoD first showed up and you were able to see what kit your opponents were using (sniper, HMG, BAR etc) when you looked at the score screen. On the next patch the game was changed so that the enemies kit was unknown. I noticed (a long time ago but just thought about posting it now) that you can see what your enemy's kit is in BF42. I think they shouldn't indicate your enemy's kit. If you can figure out what kit a guy is using from actually seeing him on the battlefield, that's okay, but I don't think I should know what my enemies kits are just by looking at the score screen. Your thoughts?

It's sometimes useful, but I don't consider it an too large issue..

i sure cant think of any real advtantage, or disadvantage to knowing the enemies kit.

I do like so that i can see how many snipers they have so i know if its safe to use mounted mgs and aa

That's exactly what I'm getting at. IMO We shouldn't know (by looking at the score screen) how many snipers the enemy has. Nor should we know how many engineers they have in Coral Sea, how many AT are out there etc etc other than what we actually observe during the fight.

Agreed, it would be nice to not be able to see the enemies kits or vice versa. Would clean it up a bit for play.

I love knowing what the other team is! I always see what the other teams kits are. i always use it to my advantage, also if i am about dead and i know who is a medic, i go for him! i use it too much for them to not use it. i like knowing what they are.
