Battlefield and Pentium IV 2,4 problem

in Battlefields Easy Info my prosessor seems to be -1896MHz!!!!! why is that, and game is running so slow.

My computer is:
Intel Pentium IV 2,4GHz
Radeon 9500pro
512 Mt

i'm running a freakin P4 2.53 GHz..but BF1942 says its running a P4

hey..at least u can run the game...i cant even get in?!?!
