I once have Battlefield on my computer working fine, then I got my computer rebooted. I tried to install again, It's installing fine, but when it gets to %2 it gives me this message:
"Specified component cannot be found in the media. An attempt was made to access a component that does not exist in the named media."
It's installing this when It screws up:
"C: \...\EAGAMES\BATTLEFIELD1942\eReg\Battlefield1942_ eReg.exe"

"rebooted" or "reformated"?
make sure Direct X is installed and using the right drivers.
