Are you trying to run at an unsupported resolution? Pehaps with a LCD monitor?

no, i don't think so, i have a 21" widescreen monitor, unless those aren't supported, i can't find any widescreen settings in the video display. The game worked fine yesterday, but not today for some reason.

I have BF1942 with Road to Rome and Secret Weapons expansion packs, whenever I select an instant action map to play I see the vote map screen and can't get rid of it. Have tried 'insert' and 'M' keys but no help. I hope you all can help me. Thanks

Brand new computer equipped with Windows Vista. Downloaded a patch but are unsure if it's the right one since it's still not working. When entering the game, it skips the intro and freezes up or sometimes it goes to the box for profile name but there is no box to enter a name. We've tried lots of suggestions but need expert advice. Help please.

I do also have problems with BF1942 and Vista....
Some additional information:
When installing BF1942 without any patches I did get the game up and running, even though there was some "intresting" side effects.
When adding all patches (up to 61b) I get the intro staring, but it all stops after the first meny. Vista states that the program have stoped working.....

I have tried to look for information but with no success.
PLEEEASE , since I am still a original BF 1942 original FAN.
(PS: I have updated with the latest VISTA SW)

If I buy this game used can I still play it?

Does it require a Disc Key?

If the disc key has been used can I still play?

Where is the disc key located? Manual? Box?
