Default Mutiplayer crashes to desktop

Hi All,

I have been playing Battlefield 1942 for several months and then all the sudden yesterday , when I click on Multiplayer then Internet, it crashes to the desktop.

I can play single player and I can even look at the Local Multiplayer, but
Mutiplayer-Internet causes it to crash to the desktop.

I haven't changed anything to the machine and the only thing I noticed was that the game was a little choppy the night before.

I have an AMD 1800+, Windows 2k, Sound Blaster Live, Ti-Geforce 4200.

Any suggestions?

Do a search in this forum for CTD (crash to desktop) I think there is 102,345 causes but you should be able to find out which problem you are having (mine was from an overclocked CPU)
