Lack of places for Gay/Bi people? lol, that is dumb. Does this place say "Straight only?".
Talking about shooting yourself in the foot, m8. Gay people always thinking they are being segregated and morons like you go and make "Gay Only" places, almost as though you don't want to have anything to do with straight people. killabees13, grow up. |

Like it makes a differance what you do in private ? this is about BF1942 gaming.
i dont think it crosses anyones mind that the guy in his crosshairs might be gay. I didnt see it as an issue , until as usual , you feel like you need to make it one. most majority of people couldnt give a shit in the least what you do with your life . why make it an issue ? trust me , no one cares , and no-one wants to hear about it. |

gayness n.
Usage Note: The word gay is now standard in its use to refer to homosexuals, in large part because it is the term that most gay people prefer in referring to themselves. Gay is distinguished from homosexual primarily by the emphasis it places on the cultural and social aspects of homosexuality as opposed to sexual practice. Many writers reserve gay for males, but the word is also used to refer to both sexes; when the intended meaning is not clear in the context, the phrase gay and lesbian may be used. Like the other names of social groups derived from adjectives (for example, Black), gay may be regarded as offensive when used as a noun to refer to particular individuals, as in There were two gays on the panel; here phrasing such as gay members should be used instead. But there is no objection to the use of the noun in the plural to refer collectively either to gay men or to gay men and lesbians, so long as it is clear whether men alone or both men and women are being discussed.

While im not a big fan of parking your car in the wrong garage, i think its ok for gay people to have places they feel comfortable talking with others.
Just shits me when its thrown in our faces. Eg, the gay mardigra in Sydney. Why not raise money for AIDS or something rather than showing off your nudness every year. Also, we are currently host (aparently) to the gay games this year. As exciting as it is, makes me wonder why they are on. Its not cause gays are unable to compete in the normal olympics, cause they can. Does the existance of the gay games mean that gay people can be told they are not allowed to compete in the regular olympics? If not, then that means streight people should be able to compete in the gay games. If not, streight people are being descriminated against. I am all for fighting for what you are and what you belive in. But there is a point where it becomes time to realise that you have reached an acceptalbe point of equality. Just like equality for women, it gets taken a little too far sometimes, and under the gueise of striving for equailty, men can suffer from feminists who seem to be out for revenge on centurys of male dominance.

...sorry, but I couldn't resist. This whole issue is ridiculous. Obviously, no one cares what your sexual preferences are when it pertains to BF42. The whole idea of a Gay/Bi Clan is a joke, however honorable as it may seem to those involved. Just another way to seperate yourselves from society. It's sad really. I guess all the other clans out there are for "straight" peeps only? |
