Default Battlefield 1942 on Windows XP Problems!

I first got Win ME and the game worked finely. Then i upgraded my Windows to XP Pro and now the game doesn't work. When i start the game all the boxes there are blue and when i try to play it freezes to the loading part


i'm using these:
Windows Xp
P3 800mhz
Ati Rage fury Pro 32mb

Re-install the game, Update your video card drivers, update Windows XP.

ATI Rage Fury does NOT support hardware T&L so there for it should not have worked in the first place.... very strange it worked with ME and not XP but then again if video card doesn't support Transform and Lighting then you will need to upgrade your video card.
