Need some assistance with hosting commands...

I downloaded the BF1942 demo and I can host a game, but there is alot of TKs that I would like to kick or ban.
Can you please tell me how to do that?
Could someone direct me to the commands on how to kick, ban, private message, etc?
There are no numbers beside the players names when I hit the TAB button, just the position that they have.
I would really appreciate the help!
