Default A bombing recticle.

I think they had a way of strategically dropping bombs in WW2.

That would require a bombardier for the bomber.. No room in there anymore. The programmers even forgot the tail gunner.

Lets give the B-17 bomber pilot a bombsight or another guy to bomb. While we are at it why not a couple of waist gunners?

I think they were trying to keep the b-17 to get too powerful, as multiple gunners likely would. However, there are tons of other problems i dont think u r seeing. First of all, with 5 plus spots on a plane, when the hell are that many ppl all be around to fill them. The 3 barely ever get filled. Second, there would likely not be enough coordination between the bomober and the pilot to make that practical. Sure, if u are in a clan, and u have regular practices, but if u just drop in to a game and are the pilot in the b-17, what if the bombardier sucks, and u happen to be a decent pilot? or vice versa, for that matter, or if there IS no one to bomb. Also, all those spots on the plane would likely see it be utilized more often as a paratrooper platform, sopmething which would really suck for the axis, when the ppl came en masse from the skies. O, and as for strategically dopping bombs, just like in the fightersm I get teh feeling that in the near future there will be enough pinpoint accurate bombers to make us on the ground wish there werent planes at all

Default Yeah.

That would be cool. I hate to keep mentioning Tribes 2, but the bomber in that game was the sheeot. You had a pilot, a bomber, and a tailgunner. It was soooooooooo fun. I just find it hard to bomb in this game.

Mabey an external camera, where you hold shift, to spin the camera around the plane w/ the mouse or something. I like driving the jeep, mainly because you can look all around. Every vehicle needs to be like that.
